Support services under this program include housing help and eviction prevention. The program provides culturally sensitive assistance to prevent homelessness in the Somali community.

Services also include assistance to find and maintain affordable housing, information, referral, eviction prevention, housing stabilization, counselling, mentoring programs and peer support initiatives. The City of Toronto's Homeless Initiatives Fund (CT-HIF) provides the financial support for this program.
