17th Annual General Meeting of Midaynta Community Services will be held on Wednesday January 20, 2010 at 06:00 at North York Library Auditorium 5120 Yonge Street, 3rd floor, Toronto, Ontario M2N 5N9.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Midaynta Community Services, I would like to invite  Midaynta Community Services the18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will be held on Thursday January 20, 2010 at North York Library Auditorium 5120 Yonge Street, 3rd floor, Toronto, Ontario M2N 5N9.

In this important AGM we will be highlighting our accomplishments and challenges over the past year, and future strategic direction of Midaynta Community Services. Therefore, we are seeking the support of our members’ to appoint new Board Members, approve the Audited Financial Statement for the fiscal year ended 2009 and approve amendments to the By-Laws.

On November 15, 2008 the Board of Directors of Midaynta Community Services approved a new membership fee of $20.00 for Individual members and $50.00 for organization. The membership fees are due 10 days before the scheduled AGM date on Thursday November, 2009 to be eligible to vote. Enclosed please find a membership form and nomination form and return to Midaynta head office.

Midaynta Community Services is a registered Canadian charity organization that provides settlement services and other programs that advances education by providing courses, seminars, meetings, counseling and other support services for refugees and immigrants in need.
