NOTICE TO POSTPONE THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
TAKE NOTICE that the annual general meeting of members of MIDAYNTA COMMUNITY SERVICES has been postponed by with resolution of the board of directors on Thursday November 3rd, 2011.
WHEREAS the Corporation has received in excess of 530 new applications for membership in the past few days, and may receive more;
AND WHEREAS the location fixed for the Annual General Meeting is not large enough to accommodate all of the members now expected to attend at the Annual General Meeting;
AND WHEREAS the Membership Committee is not able to consider all of the new membership applications prior to November 16, 2011
THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED:
- That the Annual General Meeting be adjourned to a time and a place to be fixed by the Board once possible new locations have been identified by the board of directors;
- That prior to the Annual General Meeting the Board approve for membership and the Secretary admit to membership all applicants who meet the membership criteria and who have applied for membership in the Corporation on or before 6 pm, November 16, 2011.
